Return Policy
We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit or in the event of a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, a credit to your original form of payment. We will gladly process exchanges or returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a return authorization number. Return the item to us at:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your store credit or refund. If you are to receive a store credit, we will provide you the code for use of that credit. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment within 7 business days.
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original new condition*. Please return and exchange items in the original product packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in transit. *Items that have been worn, stained, washed, the smell of fragrances, have deodorant marks, make-up, animal hair, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return.
Our clothing items may shrink if not washed & dried on low heat; free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing. Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully.
We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Any signs of wear will cause the product to be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
F.I.S.H. (fishclothingco.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, F.I.S.H. (fishclothingco.com) will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
