Orders and Returns

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are custom manufactured and you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?

Yes. Discounts are offered for orders of the same item in quantities of 20 or more.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes. Please send your inquiry to info@fishclothingco.com

Do you accept returns?

We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit or, in the event of a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, a credit to your original form of payment. We will gladly process exchanges or returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Do you have an Ambassador program?

Yes. The F.I.S.H. Ambassador Program brings together students, athletes, and community leaders who want to help normalize conversations around mental health.

Ambassadors help spread the message that asking for support is strength and that no one has to carry everything alone. We are selecting a small group of ambassadors who:

• Are active on campus or in their community
• Care about mental health awareness
• Have an engaged social presence
• Want to help encourage honest conversations

Do you have an Affiliate Program?

Yes, beyond our Ambassador program we engage in other affiliate programs. Please email info@fishclothingco.com with any proposals or inquiries.

How much do you donate and where does the money go?

F.I.S.H Clothing Co donates 100% of its profits directly to supporting mental health causes focused on children, student athletes, and veterans. Specific donation amounts can vary based on sales and funding efforts.
